The streets are grey, and the observationcameras are in charge of the city life,
but everywhere "The Devmonz" are always ready to attack.
The Devmonz will blast the bricks and barriers out of our brains, they will spread
their messages into our blinded eyes, they will bite their jokes and kisses into our
shallow hearts, and they will never fail to find us.
Carl Kenz discovered The Devmonz, after he had walked all the roads a man can walk
with a spraycan. Inspired by the works of graffiti–artists who spray more than just
their names, by animation, faces in the crowd and the daily terror of the news,
he played with different forms of presentation, until he founded his company ArsVivenda in 2008.
ArsVivenda means transformation for hire, the transformation with a bang of empty walls,
utilityboxes and every surface that needs some colour, into artefacts of critical signs.
Adding to that, Kenz has melted all his new information about life, loss, lust and the logic
of the empire into pictures for galleries and the real world ever since, starring or inspired
by the Devmonz.His ambition is to make people, even your grandmother, think and tick
and to free art out of the hands of the artworld. Based in the wonderful, dead industry
of Kaiserslautern he won't stop until The Devmonz will rule the world...
